The company shall bear no responsibility or liability for any information supplied by the applicant.

Furthermore, the company shall not be held liable for any mismatches resulting from misrepresentations. The application's validity extends for the agreed-upon tenure specified during registration and may be renewed solely upon written request with additional charges.

Applicants or their representatives are entitled to verify the credentials and facts of the proposed candidate. Any falsified information discovered by the company will result in the withholding, suspension, or forfeiture of all benefits under this Agreement, with potential action taken against the applicant.

Completion of the registration form is mandatory for further processing. Failure to provide all necessary information at the time of application submission renders the application ineligible for matchmaking. Any remaining or required information must be submitted within 15 days following the incomplete application, or the initial deposit will be forfeited.

Failure to notify the company of any changes in furnished particulars or the "Present Status Card" will result in the suspension of the applicant from consideration.

The company retains the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any member's application if it is deemed against the interests of the company or other applicants.

It is the responsibility of concerned parties to ensure that eligible applicants have reached the age of majority at the time of marriage.

The company reserves the right to add, delete, alter, modify, or suspend any or all ancillary/complimentary services at its discretion.

The company is not obligated to provide a definite number of options if none correspond to the bio-data/match desired criteria in the database.

In the event that an applicant or their representative discovers incorrect information provided by another applicant, it must be promptly brought to the company's attention.

The company is not obligated to furnish any information or details about other applicants without the written consent of the concerned applicant.

Disputes between parties shall be settled exclusively in the Delhi courts, with the provisions of the Arbitration Act being applicable.

The company reserves the right to consider or reject any application.

All processing fees and registration/membership charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
